Introduction
This manual provides the technical information needed to properly service and maintain the Models L-451, L-452, L-454, and L-455 skid-steer loaders. Use this manual in conjunction with the operator's manual which is supplied with the loader. The New Holland loader features a fully hydrostatic drive with a tandem pump configuration. Two variable displacement piston pumps operate the propulsion system, and one gear pump operates the hydraulic system. They are assembled as a unit and receive power directly from the engine.
